Product Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation:

2.1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our product within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. 

2.2. No refunds will be issued after the 14-day money-back guarantee period.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades: 

3.1. Subscription upgrades will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining period of the billing cycle. 

3.2. Subscription downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

4. Termination by Us:
4.1. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions for users who violate our terms of service. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

5.1. While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or returns on investment, and no refunds will be issued based on performance metrics.
