Inbox placement is shaped by the infrastructure behind the message: the domain, mailbox, authentication, sending pattern, message format, recipient response and the monitoring loop that catches risk before it becomes damage.

The inbox is not reached by copy alone.

A strong message still travels through technical checks. Gmail sender guidance includes authentication, DNS records, TLS, spam-rate expectations and message-format requirements. These are infrastructure concerns before they are copywriting concerns.
